𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗴𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿 holds a 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 from 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 and an 𝗠𝗣𝗛 in 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 from 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, New Zealand. With extensive experience in 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵, 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, and 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, he has contributed to major research projects, disease control initiatives, and policy development in Afghanistan, focusing on epidemiology, data management, and health system strengthening.
